Donna M. Conroy

After graduating from Seton Hall University, with a degree in English and Business, Donna attended Seton Hall School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. Following graduation Donna served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Burton J. Ironson, J.S.C. in Union County. As an associate with Mackenzie, Welt, Duane & Maher, Donna represented nationally chartered financial institutions in the areas of commercial and construction finance, mortgage securitization, creditor rights and suits involving bankruptcy law and other corporate and banking-related matters. As a partner with Frieri Conroy & Lombardo, Donna has been involved in the area of denovo banking in this State chartering and opening a number of new banks since 1996. She continues to assist new charter applications and uses her experience in corporate and commercial law to serve the firm’s clientele in the areas of banking, commercial and construction finance, creditors rights and bankruptcy law. 

Donna is licensed to practice in the Federal Court and New Jersey, New York and Colorado State Courts.
