Michael P. Bonner

After graduating magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with degrees in History and Political Science, Michael attended New York Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. Michael gained considerable experience in all aspects of business and real estate transactions, leasing, zoning and development, corporate stock and asset transfers, commercial transactions, and banking matters while working for two of New Jersey’s largest law firms and thereafter with one of Union County’s largest firms. Michael is a member of the Institutional Review Board of Union Hospital, which he chaired from 1989-2000. Michael is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and he also chairs the Nominations and By-laws Committee, of the Union County Alliance. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Union County Chamber of Commerce, and he presently serves as counsel to The ARC of Union County, Inc.

Michael is licensed to practice in Federal Court and New Jersey State Court.
