Reed W. Easton

Reed is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree in tax law. In addition to practicing law, he is a Professor of Business Tax Law at Seton Hall University. Reed received his Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary and his L.L.M. from New York University. Reed serves as a consultant to Frieri Conroy & Lombardo in regard to all corporate and personal tax-related issues, in addition to securities matters. Reed has direct experience as primary legal counsel with many multi-million dollar security offerings, placed both publicly and privately through NASD broker dealers.

Reed is licensed to practice in United States Tax Court, Federal Court, New Jersey and New York State Courts and the District of Columbia.
